We collect the minimum needed to run ZuClip.

What we collect

Name, email, password (stored hashed), onboarding answers, links and videos you process, generated clips, and payment data handled by Stripe (we never store card details).

How we use it

To generate your clips, bill your subscription, provide support and improve the product. We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure marketing campaigns.

Third parties

Stripe (payments), AI providers for transcription and video analysis, and our hosting. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Source videos are deleted after processing. Clips stay available for 30 days. You can ask us to delete your account at support@zuclip.app.

You can access, correct or delete your data by writing to support@zuclip.app.
