How much does ZuClip cost?+
Basic: $19.99/month, or $9.99/month billed yearly. 120 minutes of video per month.
Pro: $29.99/month, or $14.99/month billed yearly. 300 minutes of video per month.
Ultra: $59.99/month, or $29.99/month billed yearly. 900 minutes of video per month.
Yearly plans are half price. There is no free plan for generating clips.
How do credits work?+
1 credit = 1 minute of source video. A 2-hour stream uses 120 credits, no matter how many clips you get.
Credits renew every month. Unused credits roll over for one month.
Do I lose credits if processing fails?+
No. If something goes wrong, your credits go back to your account automatically.
What is the maximum video length?+
Basic: 1 hour. Pro: 2 hours. Ultra: 4 hours. File uploads up to 4 GB (MP4, MOV, MKV or WEBM).
How do I cancel?+
From your Account page, under Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
How do I get a refund?+
Your first payment can be refunded within 14 days through the refund form.
How long are my clips stored?+
30 days. Download the ones you want to keep.
