Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ZuClip (zuclip.app). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

ZuClip processes videos from links or files you provide and generates short clips. Results are produced by AI and may contain mistakes.

2. Your content and rights

Only submit or clip content you have the right to use, such as your own videos or official campaign videos that allow clipping. You are solely responsible for what you process and publish. We remove content and accounts in response to valid copyright notices.

3. Plans, credits and billing

Plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Credits equal minutes of source video, renew each cycle and roll over for at most one extra cycle. There is no free plan.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Your first payment can be refunded within 14 days through the form at /refund.

5. Earnings

ZuClip is an editing tool. We do not guarantee views, campaign approval or any income.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use the service for illegal or abusive content, content that infringes others' rights, or to bypass technical limits.
